There isn't much happening with flyfishing in Vermont. I have been tying commerial fly orders, booking prime time dates and Ice fishing my brains out. With how winter has been, local knowledge on ice conditions are extremely important. There are old icefishermen and bold icefishing but never old bold ones....I enjoy icefishing and run some trips for it....jigging jumbo Bomoseen Yellow Perch on 24" rods with 3lb test (6X) is fun....with todays Hi Tech clothes most days I am working up a sweat....
